Electrical Project Manager, one position is available in Brussels and the other in Wallonia.

Do you have a passion for electrical project management and a knack for planning and coordinating complex technical challenges? If so, this opportunity is for you!

Whether for large residential projects or commercial buildings (offices, retail, etc.), you will ensure the smooth running of electrical projects, from design to delivery.

Your responsibilities:
Prepare detailed plans, manage the budget, and rigorously select subcontractors. You use MS Projects to efficiently organize each phase.
Coordinate and manage project teams based on skills, monitor deadlines, and provide support where necessary.
Collaborate and communicate. Act as an essential interface between clients, architects, and design offices to ensure accurate and seamless monitoring.
Problem-solving, anticipating and proactively managing technical challenges to avoid any bottlenecks.
Budget monitoring, controlling overall costs, and making necessary adjustments to optimize profitability. Technical management, facilitation of technical discussions, and strategic decision-making.
Quality and safety, strict compliance with regulations, and continuous process improvement.

Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in electricity, electromechanics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, ideally in the healthcare, residential, and service sectors.
Proficiency in MS Projects; knowledge of Caneco (cable calculations) and Revit (3D modeling) is a plus.
Good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
