What is RPO service and how much does it cost?
This is a Recruitment Process outsourcing contract designed for fast-growing companies looking to generate a broader pipeline of candidates in a very specific sector, with the ongoing support of a specialist.
It costs €600 per 8-hour day, with a minimum of 2 days per week for a minimum of 3 months. And this is true regardless of the number of candidates recruited; only one invoice is sent at the end of the month based on the number of hours. The contract can be terminated at any time with a 1-month notice period.
MI-Career undertakes to propose a replacement Candidate free of charge to the Client if a Candidate's employment contract is terminated due to inadequate qualification(s), professional incapacity or misconduct of the Candidate, within 12 weeks of taking up the position.
Hiring cannot be guaranteed, but we can set and guarantee the objectives of presenting candidates together.
