Building Monitoring System Operator


As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring construction site technical management systems to ensure their proper operation. You will monitor, control, and optimize technical installations remotely, while ensuring equipment safety and performance. You will primarily work in the fields of buildings, industrial infrastructure, and energy management systems. Centralized Technical Management (CTM) Operator

Main Duties:

Monitor technical installations in real time through the CTM platform.
Diagnose and resolve technical equipment malfunctions (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, etc.).
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of CTM systems.
Analyze collected data and suggest improvements in terms of energy efficiency and performance.
Participate in the implementation of new systems or the upgrade of existing installations. Prepare intervention reports and monitor corrective actions.
Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to optimize site management.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in BMS systems, energy management, and monitoring tools.
In-depth knowledge of technical installations (HVAC, lighting, etc.) and associated standards.
Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Autonomy, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:

Training in industrial maintenance, thermal engineering, energy engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the construction or industrial sector.
Proficiency in IT tools and BMS monitoring software is a plus.
